6. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aurelles.store — once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Estimated delivery times and full details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. We do not accept physical returns — approved refunds are issued without requiring you to ship anything back.
