Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, a flat shipping rate applies based on your destination (see the table below). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. During busy periods or customs processing, delivery may take slightly longer. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we'll track it down for you.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped. If you notice an error, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

We do not accept physical returns. Instead, every order is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund without you having to ship anything back. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
