Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 8 days to the USA and New Zealand, 9 days to Canada and the United Kingdom, and 10 days to Australia.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping is free on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, a flat rate applies: $8 for the USA and UK, and $10 for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@aurelles.store. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Every order is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund — no need to ship anything back, as we don't accept physical returns.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aurelles.store with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
